Everyone is sometimes bleak, tense or doesn’t feel right about themselves a while. You often work that out by yourself or with help from others in your surroundings. But if your mental problems don’t go away or get worse, it’s important to seek help and to tackle your problems. The first step is discussing your symptoms with your GP. The general practitioner can, in agreement with you, suggest to talk to the psychologist/mental healthcare worker.
In our practice that is Idse Berg. Idse supports the GP in the treatment of patients with mental health problems. He has an independent consultation hour and regularly consults the GP.
