No-show arrangement

If you are unable to come to the appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance with one of our assistants. If there is a case of force majeure, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it still happens regularly that patients do not show up to their appointments without having cancelled in advance. We find this very unfortunate, as there is a significant waiting time for appointments and if someone cancels in time we can give this appointment to someone else.

We are entitled to charge an expenses fee of 25 euros if you do not show up to your appointment without cancelling and there is no question of force majeure.
